Signing up problems
(1) Make sure you check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions.
(2) Hotmail users be sure to check in your spam / junk mail folder. The email with the activation code may be there.

Accept cookies
This web site uses cookies to sign you in. If you are having problems signing in, make sure that your browser is set up to accept cookies. If you don't accept cookies, you cannot sign in. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies by default, but some are not, so check.

On an Apple iPhone or iPad, go to settings -> Safari -> Accept Cookies and choose either from visited or always.

On an Android device, open the browser. For the default Android browser, open settings (Select this from the menu in the top right corner). Go to Privacy and security and make sure Accept cookies is checked.

Changing your password
You can change your password at any time on your user page. Click on your user name (top right of every page) to go to your user page.

Deleting your account
Your account will remain active until you decide to delete it. (You do not have to be taking a SPACE English course to have an account.)

You can delete your account at any time by going to your user page and clicking 'close this account' at the bottom of the page. Your email address and all other data will be permanently deleted. (You are welcome to sign up for a new account later if you wish to.)
