Do you like eating? Are you eating without stopping every day? Do you think you have a binge eating disorder? Do you have to buy bigger new clothes instead of wearing the old ones? Do you think you are overweight and unhealthy now? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of the above questions, then the chances are that you are unfit. Unfit can be defined as someone who is unhealthy and the body is in poor condition. The main symptom is the consumption of a lot of meat, food with sugar and oil. According to the food pyramid, these kinds of food are on the top of it. All of them contain fat, sugar and oily substances which are not easily digested in the intestine and are finally stored in your body. The more the fatty food is eaten, the fatter you are. Seriously speaking, eating a lot of meat, sugary food and oily food can make you feel illness such as bulimia, diabetes or cancer. So what can you do if you think you may be unfit? The key is to have a balance diet and do the exercise every day to keep your body fit. Make sure your meal includes a lot of vegetables but a few meat and avoid eating too much junk food such as potato chips and sweets. It is very important to do the exercise at least for half an hour every day. Remember to warm up before you exercise and don’t overdo the exercise.
